The short version
You can use Fix My Week without an account and without giving us your name. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. We never sell student data, and we never run targeted advertising to minors.
Who this is for
Fix My Week is built for student-athletes and the parents and coaches who support them. Much of what we do is designed so that a student can use the tool anonymously, so that the least amount of personal information changes hands.
Children under 13
We do not knowingly collect, use, or store personal information from children under 13. Accounts are optional and are meant for people 13 and older. When someone tells us they are under 13 during signup, we stop the process and ask a parent to set things up instead.
A child under 13 can still use Fix My Week without an account. In that mode we do not ask for a name, email, or any detail that identifies the child.
If you believe a child under 13 has given us personal information, email us and we will delete it promptly. See How to reach us below.
What we collect, and only when you choose
If you create an account, we store the email and password you provide, along with any profile details you choose to add such as your name, role, primary activity, grade, or organization. You control these and can change or remove them at any time.
When you ask us to build a week, you may upload images of your schedule and type in your goals. We use these to generate your plan. You do not need an account to do this, and if you are signed out we do not attach that plan to a personal identity.
Schedule images you upload
Images are used to read your schedule and produce a plan. We do not use your images to build advertising profiles, and we do not share them with advertisers. Treat any photo you upload as something you are comfortable being processed to create your plan.
What we never do
We do not sell student or minor data. We do not run targeted advertising to minors. We do not share your information with third parties for their own marketing.
Sharing a week with a parent or coach
When a student chooses to send a week to a parent or coach, we do not collect that adult's contact information. The student shares a link or message directly through their own email or device. We stay out of that exchange by design.
How long we keep things
Plans saved to an account stay until you delete them or close your account. If you use the tool without an account, there is no personal profile to retain.
Your choices
You can edit your profile, delete saved weeks, or ask us to remove your account and its data. For anything you cannot do from inside the app, contact us and we will help.
How to reach us
Questions about privacy, or a request to delete data, can go to [email protected]. We read every message and respond as quickly as we can.
Changes to this policy
If we update how we handle information, we will change the date at the top and, when it matters, tell you inside the app.
